“Steady care through every high and low”

Miguel Klassen, CAT(C)

Hey, I’m Miguel!

I’m a Certified Athletic Therapist based in Calgary. I own and run ShipShape Athletic Therapy.

I work with people of all abilities who want to stay active. Whether you’re dealing with a new injury, something that keeps coming back, or just feeling held back by pain, my focus is to help you understand what’s going on with your body and give you a clear plan to move forward.

I graduated from Mount Royal University and have spent the last five years working with clients of all levels, from professional athletes to weekend warriors. Over time, I’ve learned that recovery isn’t just about treating injuries, it’s about knowing what will help you get back to your life the fastest and safest.

My Why:

I love being an Athletic Therapist because I’ve seen how frustrating it is when injury and pain stops people from doing what they love. I’ve been there and lived it. It sucks! I strive to help my clients feel like themselves again. I want to help you get back to your lifestyle, feeling confident, pain-free, and ready for whatever you want to tackle next.
